UK and Ireland Delivery Options: For our purposes the UK includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales. Customers have the option of choosing either: 1st Class Royal Mail delivery; 1st Class Royal Mail Signed for (Recorded delivery); Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (1pm);
Delivery Rates: First Class delivery (First Class, Parcelforce or DHL Express) is free for all UK deliveries. 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For is a flat rate of ?1.50 and Guaranteed Next Day Delivery charges are apportioned to the approximate weight of the order. The cost is calculated and displayed when the item(s) is placed in the shopping basket.
Deliveries outside the UK or Ireland: Postage and packaging charges are apportioned to the approximate weight of the order. The cost is calculated and displayed when the item(s) is placed in the shopping basket.
VAT: All prices shown include VAT .
How will it be delivered? All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class post, Parcelforce or DHL Express. It's not possible to choose exactly which carrier we use for your order. However, the vast majority of our orders are despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. If you require a guarantee when you receive your order please choose the Next Day Delivery option at the checkout. Further information about Next Day Delivery service can be found below.
How long will it take to arrive? First Class delivery time is 2-3 working days, so if your order is in stock you should receive it 2-3 days after placing your order (Excluding weekend). If an item is not in stock you will be informed of this, either when you place the item in your shopping basket or by email before we accept your order. All Next Day Delivery orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Thursday) should arrive the next day. This excludes orders placed after 4pm which will be dispatched for Next Day Delivery the following day. For example - an order placed Tuesday at 4.30pm, Next Day Delivery option means that the order will be delivered Thursday. Remember to check availabilities carefully if you order more than one item. We will dispatch the products that we have available and keep the reminder of your order on back-order. We will not hold your order back and wait for all products to dispatch unless you request this when you place your order. You will not be charged any additional postage charges for separate shipments.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Information: Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day - Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays. With Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day they guarantee delivery to most UK addresses by 1pm the next working day. This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but they still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm.
